Our goal at Savy Mae's Boutique is to provide a fun and exciting shopping experience and deliver quality merchandise to our customers that will make them look great!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund or within 30 days from the shipping date for a store credit. International orders are only eligible to receive a store credit and must be returned within 35 days from the shipping date. Please see our hassle-free Return Policy below to learn more.
Before returning your order, please review the guidelines below to ensure your item is eligible for return.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors, pet hair, and stains, and with all tags intact, including the Savy Mae’s Boutique hang tag.
- Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, and be free of shipping labels and tape.
- All regular-priced items discounted 20% or greater are returnable for a store credit only.
- All pre-order items are returnable for a store credit only.
- All items purchased during a bundle promotion are returnable for a store credit only.
- All Sale category items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Camisoles, jewelry, scarves, hats, socks, leggings, boot cuffs, and gift cards may not be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to the aforementioned merchandise.
In order to get your package to our warehouse so we can process your return please follow these steps:
- Please review our Return Policy before returning your merchandise to ensure it meets all the guidelines.
- Complete the Return Form that accompanied your order and slip it into the package, along with your original receipt (invoice) and the item(s) you are returning. You can download a Return Form, if needed.
- Choose a shipping method of your choice. We recommend taking note of the tracking number. Depending on the dollar amount of the item, you might want to insure your package.

Please allow 2-7 business days for our team to process your return once it has been received at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification to the email address we have on file for you once your return is processed. Please note that a store credit will be issued by default if a return option is not selected on the return form.
If your returned merchandise does not meet our Return Policy guidelines you will be notified and given 30 days to request/decline to have it returned to you. If you choose to have the merchandise returned, standard shipping fees will be charged to your credit card. However, if you do not want the merchandise returned, it will be donated to a local charity.
Note: Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with a return. Original outbound shipping and handling fees are non-refundable on returned items.
If your merchandise is returned within 30 days from the shipping date (35 days for international orders) and meets all our Return Policy guidelines you will be eligible to receive a store credit for the amount of your purchased item(s), minus the shipping and handling fees. Please note that shipping and handling fees will also be deducted from orders that received free shipping. To receive a full store credit, we recommend choosing a paid shipping option when placing your order.
Here are a few things you should know about store credit:
- Store Credit will be placed on your account and available to use toward future purchases. If you previously checked out as a guest, you will need to create an account using the link sent to you after you placed your first order. This will allow you to redeem your store credit.
- "Store Credit" refers to "online" credit you receive from Savy Mae's Boutique that can be used toward merchandise you purchase from our website, including gift cards.
- Store Credit will never expire.
- Store Credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Store Credit can be used as an additional form of payment when placing an order.

Please note that shipping and handling fees will also be deducted from orders that received free shipping. To receive a full refund, we recommend choosing a paid shipping option when placing your order.
Note: International orders are not eligible for refunds. However, if your merchandise is returned within 35 days from the shipping date and meets all our Return Policy guidelines you will be eligible to receive a store credit.
Due to high demand and limited quantities of our merchandise, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for your desired item(s) and then send back the return item(s) to be processed for a refund or store credit.
Although we inspect each item carefully to ensure it is free of manufacturing defects, it is important that you inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Please note that pattern placement and distressing can be unique for each item. Items will not be considered defective due to slightly different pattern placement or distressing. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions if you posses an item longer than a 3-day period.
