Shipping Information

We offer several shipping options to get our merchandise delivered to your doorstep. You may choose from the following options if packages are being shipped within the U.S.:

  • Free Shipping
  • Priority Mail
  • UPS 3 Day Select
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air

All packages shipped internationally and to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS.

Order Processing


Processing Time
Please review the order processing times below before choosing a shipping option.

  • Free Shipping and International orders typically take between 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped.
  • Priority Mail and Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day.

Note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

U.S. Shipping Information


Free Shipping
Orders placed with Free Shipping are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive in 4-7 business days after processing via USPS, not including holidays. This applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

Priority Mail Shipping
Orders placed with Priority Mail before 2:00 p.m. EST are processed the same day and typically arrive in 2-3 business days after processing via USPS, not including holidays. All Priority Mail packages include insurance up to $50. This applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

3 Day Select Shipping (Arrives by the end of the third business day.)
All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same day and will arrive in 3 business days, not including holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Please note that 3 Day Select Shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

2nd Day Air Shipping (Arrives by the end of the second business day.)
All 2nd Day Air orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same day and will arrive in 2 business days, not including holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day.

Overnight Shipping (Arrives by the end of the next business day.)
All Overnight Delivery orders must be placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 p.m. to be received the following business day.

Expedited Orders (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, & Overnight Shipping)
All expedited orders are shipped via UPS and require a physical address since UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.

International Shipping Information


Shipping Destinations
We currently ship international orders to the following destinations: Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.

First-Class International Shipping
Orders placed with First-Class International Shipping typically arrive in 7-21 business days, not including holidays. Please note that First-Class International Shipping packages are not insured or trackable once they leave the United States.


Priority Mail International Shipping
Orders placed with Priority Mail International Shipping typically arrive in 6-10 business days, not including holidays. Priority Mail International Shipping packages are insured and includes tracking information.

Priority Mail Express International Shipping
Orders placed with Priority Mail Express International Shipping typically arrive in 3-5 business days, not including holidays. Priority Mail Express International Shipping packages are insured and includes tracking information.

Note: International delivery times are provided by USPS and may vary depending on your local customs office. Unfortunately, Savy Mae’s Boutique is not responsible for any shipping delays.

International Taxes, Duties, & Custom Fees
Savy Mae’s Boutique does not charge taxes, duties, custom fees, or VAT and is unable to predict the aforementioned fees due upon delivery. All taxes, duties, custom fees, and VAT fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Please contact your local customs office to inquire about fees on packages coming from the United States. Your local post office or postal carrier can provide you with information regarding the payment methods accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees due upon delivery.

Additional Shipping Information


Insurance
Package insurance depends on the shipping option selected when placing your order. Please see the following shipping options to determine which insurance coverage will best accommodate your package.

  • Priority Mail: All packages include insurance up to $50.
  • UPS Expedited Shipping: All packages are insured up to $100 at no additional charge.
  • First-Class International Shipping: Packages do not include insurance.
  • Priority Mail International Shipping: All packages are insured up to $200 at no additional charge.
  • Priority Mail Express International Shipping: All packages are insured up to $200 at no additional charge.

Payment Authorization & Address Verification
In an effort to prevent credit card fraud and to protect our customers, credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order.

Rejected or Undeliverable Packages
All rejected or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs and undeliverable surcharges from the shipping carrier. Please note that if you would like your order redelivered you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If you choose not to have your order redelivered you will receive a store credit for the item(s) purchased minus the return shipping costs, undeliverable surcharges from the shipping carrier, and a 20% restocking fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Savy Mae's Boutique is not responsible for packages once they have been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier. However, if you are unable to locate your package, we will work with you to try to track it down. We ask that you first contact the shipping carrier (USPS: 1-800-275-8777, USPS International: 1-800-222-1811, UPS: 1-800-742-5877) that delivered the package, provide the tracking number, and request that the driver investigates. If you are still unsuccessful after working with the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately either by email at customerservice@savymaes.com or phone at (404) 937-6644 so we can assist you.
